Safety, POSH & Conduct Policy

OzaroFit is committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all users, trainers, and staff. This policy applies to all in-person and platform-enabled interactions within the OzaroFit community.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
OzaroFit follows a zero-tolerance approach towards:
- Sexual harassment
- Physical or verbal abuse
- Inappropriate behavior
- Discrimination or intimidation
This applies regardless of gender, age, or role.
2. Definition of Misconduct
Misconduct includes but is not limited to:
- Unwelcome physical contact
- Inappropriate remarks, gestures, or messages
- Sexual advances or suggestive behavior
- Threats, coercion, or intimidation
- Stalking or repeated unwanted contact
- Recording or photographing without consent
Important: Misconduct may constitute a crime under Indian law and could result in legal action.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Maintain respectful conduct during all sessions and interactions
- Ensure presence of a guardian for minors during training
- Provide a safe and appropriate environment for trainers
- Report any misconduct or safety concerns immediately
- Respect the dignity and boundaries of trainers and staff
4. Trainer Responsibilities
Trainers must:
- Maintain professional behavior at all times during sessions
- Avoid inappropriate conversations or actions
- Respect personal boundaries and physical space
- Conduct sessions only as per OzaroFit guidelines and scope
- Never engage with users outside the platform for services
- Report any user misconduct or uncomfortable incidents
Critical: Violation of trainer responsibilities may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination from OzaroFit.
5. Reporting Mechanism (CRITICAL)
Any safety concern, harassment, or uncomfortable incident must be reported immediately to:
Reports should include:
- Date and time of the incident
- Location (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the incident
- Names of individuals involved (if known)
- Any witnesses or relevant details
All reports are treated with utmost seriousness, confidentiality, and urgency.
6. Investigation & Action
Upon receiving a complaint, OzaroFit will:
- Acknowledge the complaint promptly
- Review all details and evidence thoroughly
- Conduct a fair, objective, and confidential investigation
- Take appropriate action based on findings
Possible actions include:
- Formal warning
- Mandatory training or counseling
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent deactivation from the platform
- Legal escalation if required (involving law enforcement)
7. Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation
OzaroFit is committed to:
- Handling all reports with strict confidentiality
- Protecting the identity of complainants where legally possible
- Strictly prohibiting retaliation against complainants in any form
- Ensuring swift and fair investigation
Warning: Any retaliation against a complainant will result in strict disciplinary action, including account termination.
8. Off-Platform Disclaimer
All interactions between users and trainers must occur exclusively through the OzaroFit Platform. OzaroFit is not responsible for:
- Interactions conducted outside the Platform
- Direct engagements between users and trainers
- Off-platform payments or arrangements
- Any incidents arising from circumventing the Platform
Direct engagement bypassing OzaroFit is prohibited and:
- Voids all platform protections and safety measures
- May result in account suspension or termination
- Forfeits any remaining sessions or benefits without refund
9. Commitment to Continuous Safety Improvement
User and trainer safety is the utmost priority for OzaroFit. We are committed to:
- Regularly reviewing and updating safety policies
- Providing ongoing safety training to trainers and staff
- Implementing robust background verification procedures
- Monitoring compliance with this policy
- Creating an open and transparent safety culture
- Seeking feedback from the community to improve safety standards
Know Your Rights: This policy operates in accordance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) framework and applicable Indian laws. Your safety and dignity are protected by law.
10. Applicable Scope
This policy applies to:
- All users of OzaroFit services
- All trainers and instructors associated with OzaroFit
- All in-person training sessions
- All platform-enabled interactions (messages, calls, support)
- All social interactions within the OzaroFit community
