- Certain professional information, such as trainer profile details and certifications, may be visible to Users when the Trainer is assigned to them.
- Government-issued identification documents are not visible to Users and are used strictly for verification and compliance purposes only.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information through:
- Direct user input during onboarding, profile updates, and purchases
- Trainer-recorded assessment notes during fitness sessions
- Limited automated collection for app functionality and analytics
- Essential cookies on our website for basic operation
We do not collect real-time GPS or continuous location data.
4. Purpose of User's Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Deliver and schedule fitness sessions
- Personalize workouts and training programs
- Assign trainers and coordinate sessions
- Process payments and generate invoices
- Send transactional communications (OTP, reminders, updates)
- Improve platform performance and user experience

- Improve platform performance and user experience

6. Payments & Financial Information
- All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
- Ozaro.fit does not store your card, bank, or UPI details.
- We retain transaction identifiers and invoices for accounting and tax compliance.
5. Sharing of Information of Users
We may share limited user information with:
- Assigned Trainers: name, address/locality, session details, and subscription information (excluding payment data)
- Internal Staff: support and operations teams for service delivery and issue resolution
- Service Providers: analytics platforms such as Firebase and AppsFlyer, in aggregated or limited form
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
6. Sharing of Information of Trainers
We may share limited trainer information with:
- Assigned Users: limited professional information such as trainer name, profile details, certifications and profile photographs may be shared with Users only when a Trainer is assigned to a User for service delivery
- Internal Staff: authorized administrative, operations, and compliance personnel for onboarding, verification, session assignment, safety monitoring, and platform management
- Background Verification Service Providers: limited information such as name, phone number, and email address may be shared with external verification service providers (such as SpringVerify) for background verification purposes. Such verification is conducted independently, with consent obtained directly from the trainer
- Service Providers: infrastructure, storage, and analytics service providers in a limited or controlled manner for secure data storage, system operation and platform analytics
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
7. Data Visibility
- Trainer–User Interaction:
- When a Trainer is assigned to a User for a session, limited contact information such as phone number may be shared to enable coordination related to service delivery. Such information is shared strictly for operational purposes and is not intended for unsolicited communication.
8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Health and fitness information is:
- Self-declared by users or recorded during assessments
- Used only to tailor fitness sessions
- Not intended for medical treatment or diagnosis
Users are responsible for consulting medical professionals where required.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
9.1 Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide Services
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
9.2 Deletion Requests
Users & Trainers may request deletion from the Data Retention Policy Page.
Upon a valid request:
- Health and fitness data, including injury history, medical conditions, assessment notes, height, and weight, will be deleted
- Basic profile and transaction-related information may be retained where required by law for compliance, taxation, audit, or record-keeping purposes
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations.
Information collected from Users and Trainers is retained and deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy, which outlines role-based retention periods, deletion procedures, and lawful retention obligations.
10. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct or update inaccurate data
- Request deletion of eligible data
- Withdraw consent for optional information
Certain rights may be subject to lawful retention requirements.

- Minors may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

- OTPs for authentication
- Transactional messages related to payments and sessions
- Service updates and reminders
We do not send unsolicited promotional communications without consent.
14. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected on the Platform, and continued use signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
15. App Permissions
Our mobile application may request the following permissions:
- Location: To allow you to add an address for the workout session
- Notifications: To send you workout reminders, session updates and other important communication
You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.
16. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in India (AWS India region). If you access our Platform from outside India:
- Your data will be transferred to and processed in India
- We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers
For users in the EEA/UK: Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contract (delivering services) and your explicit consent for health data.
